Breath Easy (smoking cessation)
Breathing Easy is an 8 week smoking cessation program which offers support and education to adults who are either trying to cut down on the number of cigarettes smoked and/or wish to quit smoking altogether. Topics covered include: the benefits of quitting, goal setting, identifying triggers, the effects of smoking on health, stress management and lifestyle options. Let's Get Moving
This beginner exercise group is lead by trained fitness instructors and allows participants to work at their own pace while improving their cardiovascular, strength and flexibility fitness levels. Socially Speaking Group
This is a six week group for persons who because of a chronic illness find it difficult to be in social settings and desire to actively increase their comfort level. Examples of group themes will include: living mindfully, developing a relationship with self, conversation skills, assertiveness skills, healthy boundaries, and relaxation skills. Yoga for the Body and Soul
