On Monday, October 1st, 2012, City Centre Health Care offered various events for Community Health Week. Participants were able to try hoola hooping, laughter yoga, tai chi and a walk around the neighbourhood. Sarah Barnard and Aaryne Booth, 4th year U of Windsor Nursing Students, provided health information and wellness services at our display booth. Thank-you to all who participated!



City Centre Health Care is a satellite program of Windsor Essex Community Health Centre. It is operated by the Canadian Mental Health Association Windsor-Essex County Branch (CMHA-WECB) and is located in the CMHA-WECB offices at 1400 Windsor Ave., Windsor, Ontario.
